With the constantly improve requirements of engineering and technical personnel, the reform of personnel training mode in engineering technology fields is also imperative. This article take mechanical and electronic engineering subject of Yan Shan University as an example, introduce the “Three-grades project ”reform mode which could easily integrate with education, give a detailed description from the construction of system, the formulation of evaluation mechanism, to the implementation of project and final achievement.So it can simply and accurately present the reform idea to the readers, and give an example of similar university on training engineering and technical personnel and reforming personnel training mode.
