Exploring Seven Principles of Learning and their Impact on Teaching

Presentation of our seven principles of learning as context for the afternoon's small group discussions of instructional strategies and assessments that support each principle and that can be used in the design of courses, classroom pedagogy and learning experiences. 

Participants should be able to describe three or four principles of learning to a colleague (and hopefully be able to provide a concrete strategy that puts each principle into practice).
